Pam has been a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and yoga instructor for over 25 years. Her one-on-one therapeutic teachings focus on optimal alignment, balanced action and inner body awareness. Pam addresses the needs and movement patterns of each individual student, meeting you where you are in body, mind and spirit. Teachings focus on pain management, targeted healing, injury prevention, performance enhancement, stress relief, and overall maintenance.
She has studied and trained with top therapeutic teachers including Tom Myers, Donna Farhi, Doug Keller, Ellen Saltenstall, and Loren Fishman, M.D.
Pam believes that helping the body find freedom and ease leads to a more harmonious, peaceful, and mindful way of living.

Tim has been teaching public and private yoga for over 18 years. He's been teaching private and semi-private yoga, mobility, and strength training for over 10 years. He also offers private meditation coaching.
Traditionally, yoga was taught in the 1-on-1 context. This is the best way to design a holistic approach for the individual so that all facets of the person's life can be taken into consideration. Tim starts from where you are and co-creates a practice with you that will address injuries, physical weak points, your nervous system, and settle your mind so that you can meet your life in a responsive and proactive way.

Amanda considers herself a jack of all trades in the world of wellness. She firmly believes in the powers of an open mind, training variety and subtle nuance. Amanda crafts personalized plans for clients based off her extensive knowledge with functional strength training, mobility, yoga, barre, somatic processing and neurology. While open to clients in all walks of life, Amanda specializes in helping moms in the pre and postpartum periods build and maintain core stability. Her private clients receive hands on assessment and guidance during session, as well as virtual coaching documents to support them as they progress. While ever evolving, Amanda’s approach is built on a foundation of bubbly enthusiasm for all things human.

Annakathryn has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. She tailors private sessions to meet your individual needs. Anna incorprates somatic movement therapy, functional strength and mobilty with tradtional yoga. She works with clients seeking to improve flexibilty and mobility, nervous system regulation, chronic pain management, improve body awareness and stress management.

Jill is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) that truly believes we are all here experiencing many layers of discomfort, both physically and emotionally, on a regular basis and trying to navigate how to be with them. Some days are easier than others. After many years of struggling with her mental health from anxiety, addiction and self esteem issues, Jill began to make more space for the discomforts she was facing to support being more present. Jill hopes to hold space for clients to be able to lean into the discomfort to hear what is beneath its surface and respond rather than react.
Jill engages unconditional positive regard to support her clients whole self through somatic engagement and inquiry in all of her offerings.
