Mallorca, Spain, is the largest of the Balearic Islands, located in the Mediterranean Sea. Known for its stunning coastline, the island features a mix of sandy beaches, hidden coves, and rugged cliffs. The interior boasts mountainous terrain, including the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The island is a charming mix of lively towns with vibrant markets and shops, historic architecture, traditional villages, ancient ruins, and unspoiled mountains and farmlands, known for producing olives, almonds, and wine.

Our home for the week is retreat center in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana in northern Mallorca. Surrounded by oak woods and olive groves and built on limestone, the clear and serene architecture completely blends into the Mediterranean setting, creating a sense of harmony and wholeness. Built on four and a half hectares of unspoiled land, all rooms have ensuite bathrooms and private terraces. Lounge spaces are found throughout including a large pool and deck, cozy living rooms and shaded outdoor dining. The entire center is proud to have used local materials and craftsmen in building and decorating, and is committed to sustainability.

Yoga will take place in a quiet and serene studio with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The space is fully stocked with mat & props so you can travel lightly. Morning practice will be deep & strong fluid flow, evening will be softer meditation and restorative. Read more about my HERE.
